Every traveler 18 years of age and older must sign each page of this document and return it to us before services begin.<\/p><p><strong><u>A. BOOKING YOUR TRIP<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>From the first contact with us, we will take time to learn about your interests, destinations, budget, hotel and food preferences, etc. Will immediately start to work on designing an itinerary especially catered to your desires, and happily edit and polish your itinerary until you are completely satisfied with it so you can give the final touches to the package. Once you decide to approve your itinerary, we will request a deposit to start the booking process of for your trip.<\/p><p><strong><em>By accepting you itinerary, constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions specified in this document.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>B. TRIP DEPOSIT<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Due to the nature of our travel development process, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total costs, within five days of your itinerary approval. You can use our System through our page with VISA or MASTERCARD, via Western Union or PayPal.<strong>&nbsp;With the exception of the Inca Trail, the initial deposit is 100%.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>C. PAYING YOUR BALANCE<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The entire balance of your trip will be due once you arrive Cusco (or Peru if you do not visit Cusco) before the adventure starts. If you have booked fewer than 30 days before your travel date, we will require half payment within three days of your itinerary approval. The trip balance must be paid on cash. Delayed payment of the payment in advance may result in changes to your tour arrangements or the cancellation of your trip.<\/p><p><strong><u>D. POSTPONING YOUR TRIP<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>We know that sometimes circumstances may arise in which clients are not able to travel on their original planned dates<strong>. If we receive written notice of your desire to postpone your reservation up to 31 days before travel, we will transfer the paid balance of your trip, less a USD 200.00 + any non-reimbursable expenses incurred for penalties.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Nonrefundable expenses<\/strong>&nbsp;may include: domestic flights, train reservations, hotel accommodations, train tickets, bus tickets, entrances, etc. (according to each provider\u2019s individual policies). If postponing a trip from one calendar year to the next, please be aware that certain prices may increase according to the different policies of our various providers.<\/p><p><strong><em>The URPI TURISM PERU promise: We are committed to reducing any fees and penalties wherever possible, in order to help our clients successfully postpone their trip.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>E. MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR TRIP<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Once accept and confirm that you agree whit the adventure proposal, any changes to travel dates may be subject to additional fees or pricing changes also hotel availability. We cannot guarantee reservations in the same hotels if changes happen after confirmation.<\/p><p><strong><u>F. CANCELLATION \/ REFOUNDS<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>URPI TURISM PERU must receive written advice of your desire to cancel your trip at least 31 days before traveling, in order to proceed with cancellation. Trip refunds will be issued where applicable, less a cancellation fee, which is as follows:<\/p><p>\u2013 Cancellation fee of&nbsp;<strong>USD 200.00 USD&nbsp;<\/strong>+&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable expense for penalties per person.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u2013 Non-refundable incurring expenses by penalties (expenses differ from each case and may include, domestic flights, train tickets already purchased, hotel accommodations already purchased, bus tickets already purchased, entrances already purchased, etc.<\/p><p>Trips cancelled&nbsp;<strong>30 days<\/strong>&nbsp;or fewer before travel (including no-shows) are NOT REFUNDABLE. We will try our best to help you recover costs wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee the reimbursement of any funds for trips cancelled 30 days or fewer before original travel date. Once an adventure starts,&nbsp;<strong>URPI TURISM PERU<\/strong>&nbsp;will not be able to offer refunds for any unused portion of the trip. This applies to any pre or post-trip arrangements, including hotels and any no-shows due to delay or failure of transportation to arrive on time.<\/p><p>Important: For the Inca Trail Tour, consider that the amount deposited is not refundable, no service changes or dates are allowed.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please read this form, keeping a copy for yourself.
